September is here, bringing a plethora of community news. Bonta has made its debut at The Goss, and residents are thrilled about it! An upcoming volunteer event at the Oregon Food Bank is scheduled for the end of the month. Package lockers have been installed on the 1st floor, to the left of the leasing office and require a fob for access. Stay tuned for exciting events lined up this month—we can't wait to see you there!

North Coast Makes An Impact
Our Summer Food Drive was a huge success, raising $6,990 in donations, translating to 23,300 pounds of food. With North Coast Living's match, the total doubled to 46,600 pounds. Combined with past donations, we've reached an impressive 132,492 pounds given to communities.
Congratulations to Kearney Plaza (1st), Vilara (2nd), and Barham Villas (3rd). These drives have a lasting impact on cities and community systems.

Monica
Meet Monica, a nine-year-old sweetheart who has officially captured our hearts as September's Pet of the Month! Monica found her forever home here at The Gossamer just last year, and she's been loving every minute of it. When she's not basking in the sun on her new balcony, you can find her enjoying a very special treat: Whole Foods mango ice cream bars. She’s also a big fan of a good belly rub, so if you see this adorable kitty around, be sure to say hi and maybe give her some love!
