"I came to visit family in Portland and stopped by The Gossamer a few times. It's a really nice building–thought I walked into a hotel at first–in a great area. The rooftop and amenities are beautiful, and it feels really well taken care of. I ended up chatting with Danielle in the office just out of curiosity, and she was kind enough to entertain me even though I’m not looking to move yet. Honestly impressed that there’s staff on-site who clearly know their building inside and out. When the time comes for me to move to Portland, I'll be looking at The Gossamer first!"

Spirit of Halloweentown
Looks like it's time for the annual pilgrimage to St. Helens! The Spirit of Halloweentown festival is back from September 27th to October 31st. This year's event has all the classics you love, including the Great Pumpkin lighting and haunted attractions. For those looking to avoid the hassle of parking, you can get there by boat! The "Ghostly Voyage" returns with more dates to choose from, starting October 4th. The trip includes a spooky guided cruise with tales of Portland's past, and admission to attractions like the Haunted House and Alien Experience. The boat departs from Caruthers Landing in SE Portland, so grab your crew and get ready for some spooky, nostalgic fun!

Family-founded by Manuel and Aura Matta, every detail feels authentic and welcoming—from carefully sourced beans grown on their 59-acre farm to the playful energy of their Coffeeton pop-ups (yes, that means endless coffee + reggaeton vibes). More than just a café, they’re on a mission to connect people to the journey behind each cup, and we love having their warmth and flavor so close to home.

It's our absolute delight to introduce you to our Gossamer Pet of the Month for October, the enchanting Linda!
At 13 years old, Linda is proof that a little age brings a lot of grace. Don't let her shy nature fool you; once you've earned her trust, she transforms into the ultimate cuddle companion. Her favorite pastimes include snuggling up for a cozy nap and receiving gentle head scratches, which she'll happily accept for hours on end.
Linda is a testament to the quiet, unconditional love that pets bring into our lives. We're so excited to celebrate this darling kitty and the joy she brings to her family.
