What are the lease terms?
We are offering 7-14 month lease terms.
How do I apply?
In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $39 (plus processing fees if applicable) is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application, with a $500 security deposit based on approved credit.
How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?
Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer at the soonest 72 hours after.
Do you accept cosigners?
Yes, we accept them, and they will have the same application fee as a standard application, $39 per adult cosigner or guarantor.
Do I need rental insurance?
Yes, we require renters insurance through RealCoverage.

What is the pet policy?
We accept up to 2 animals per apartment, with a $300 deposit per pet. Pet rent is $40 per month total. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

Are parking spots available for residents?
Absolutely. Parking spots are listed between $200-$225 per month, depending on size and location.
