Join us for a drink on us! Stroll next door to Deschutes Brewery for a fun social hour on Thursday, August 21st, from 5-7 PM
We’ll be providing one drink ticket per resident and appetizers for everyone to enjoy.

We had a paws-itively adorable time at Yappy Hour! 🐾
14 pups (and their humans!) showed up to The Gossamer rooftop ready to play, splash, and snack the afternoon away. There were toys, treats, tail wags, and so much cuteness we could barely handle it!

"Carlos, Danielle, Shelby, and the whole leasing team are incredible--always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. My unit is bright (so many windows), spacious, and has everything I need. On top of that, the residents here are so friendly and make living here even better. Please join us in giving a warm Gossamer welcome to our newest team member, Alejandro Gotera! Alejandro is our new maintenance technician and is already bringing great energy and dedication to the community. Fun fact—his favorite song is High on Life by Martin Garrix, and we couldn’t think of a better vibe to match his spirit. We’re so excited to have him on the team!

Chi & Gigi
Meet Chi and GiGi—our dynamic Westie cutie pie duo and Gossamer’s Pets of the Month! Originally from Chicago, Chi (short for Chicago and pronounced “Shy”) is 3 years old and known for her window-watching ways and strong dislike of vacuums. Her younger sister GiGi is a one-year-old firecracker born on the 4th of July, with a healthy fear of skateboards and a love for meeting new friends in the elevator. These two jet-setters have become pros at flying back and forth to the Windy City and are loving life in their new home, always perched upstairs for the best view in town. 🐾
