Huge thanks to everyone who came out for our barbecue at The Goss!
Even with a little rain in the mix, the turnout was amazing—and so was the food! From crispy fried chicken and pulled pork sliders to mac & cheese, coleslaw, and all the fixings, it was a comfort food feast shared with the best company.

"I have nothing but great things to say about this building, it is in a perfect location in the Pearl and has been an absolute joy to live here. The management is great, the amenities are awesome, and they do monthly resident events which are so much fun. It's extremely clean, quiet, and a safe and secure building. I am sad to be leaving but would for sure live here again in the future and reccomend this to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in Portland!"

Meet Kyle, Our Pet of the Month at The Gossamer!
She’s a fluffy little heart-stealer—a Maine Coon kitten living her best life. “Hi, I’m Kyle (aka Baby Kyle). My human sisters sometimes call me Cross-Eyed Kyle, but I’m pretty sure they’re just jealous of how much attention I get around here. I’m an empty-nester’s dream come true—equal parts cuddly and chaotic. You’ll usually find me perched in the window watching Davis Street stroll by or sprinting on my hamster wheel like I’m training for the Olympics. See me? Pick an eye—any eye! And don’t forget: high 7’s for treats are always welcome.”
