Spring Cleaning & Community Lobby Sale at The Goss! 🌿🛋️
It’s time to give your unwanted items a second chance at life! On Saturday, March 21st, we are hosting a booth-style "yard sale" right in our very own lobby. Since we don't have an actual yard, we're bringing the treasures inside to make it easy for everyone to browse and shop.
Whether you’re looking to declutter after some spring cleaning or hoping to find a unique "new-to-you" gem, this is the perfect resident-only event to swap and shop within our community.
When: Saturday, March 21st, 2026. 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Where: The Lobby.

"No place I would rather be in this city, or in Oregon for that matter! If my heart didn't call a sunnier state home, I would probably stay at The Gossamer for the next 5 years. The area makes not having a car incredibly easy; there is no shortage of good food, drinks, and necessities all within walking distance, plus public transportation is a breeze with how centrally located the building is. Since the building is newer, I can easily say this is the first apartment in my 15 years of renting where everything just works! Mind boggling... I know! Even if a problem does arise, maintenance is on top of it, and I've never felt any of the frustration I was so accustomed to from all my previous apartments. My partner and I (and our dog) are very happy here overall!"

Gossamer Pet of the Month: Taco Bella! 🌮🐶
We have some "endless fun" to share this month! Meet Taco Bella, a pup who truly knows how to keep herself—and everyone around her—entertained. If you hear a light pitter-patter followed by a "swoosh," that’s just Taco Bella getting a running start to slide down the hallway!
Beyond her playful spirit, she is a total neighborhood standout with some truly unique features. Have you noticed her stunning heterochromia (different colored eyes)? Or the perfectly adorable heart-shaped marking on her hip? She’s a one-of-a-kind treasure, and we are so lucky to have her as part of The Gossamer family.
