A small update: Bike storage will now require a physical key. Please register your bike and pick up the key. Love is in the air at The Gossamer! We want to help sweeten your Valentine’s weekend, so we’re bringing a special surprise directly to you. On Friday, February 13th, keep an eye out for a special gift from the leasing office at your doorstep. We’ll be providing some curated goodies to show our appreciation and to kick off your lovely weekend with a little extra magic. It’s our way of saying thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community! ❤️

If you haven’t visited our neighbors at Ranch Pizza yet, you are missing out on some of the best squares in Portland! This year’s North Coast Living annual food drive highlights what’s possible when our residents and teams come together with a shared purpose. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and relief for families in need. It remains one of the most meaningful and impactful initiatives we take part in each year.

ARLO
Pet of the Month: Arlo’s Victory Lap! 🎓🐾
He’s back and more distinguished than ever! While Arlo has graced our Pet of the Month spotlight before, this fluffy graduate of Dogtopia has officially earned his victory lap. Having finished at the top of his class (where he was described as “very polite,” depending on who you ask!), Arlo is returning to the community with some brand-new skills and an even bigger personality.
Since his last reign, Arlo has fully embraced his "big dog energy." He may be small, but he now sports the bark of a dog ten times his size—especially when it comes to enforcing the “carrot tax.” If you dare to open the refrigerator in his presence, consider a veggie payment mandatory! 🥕
When he’s not busy patrolling the kitchen, Arlo is known for his signature "melting" move—simply pick him up, and he turns into a puddle of pure Corgi love. We are so proud of our heart-melting favorite neighborhood scholar!
