Summer has officially arrived, and we are celebrating in style! Mark your calendars for our annual Summer Kick-Off event on Friday, June 26th, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
Join us on the terrace to soak in the beautiful sunshine, connect with your neighbors, and enjoy delicious, complimentary tacos and refreshing margaritas. It’s the perfect way to toast to the sunny season ahead. We can’t wait to see you up there! ☀️✨

Gossamer’s Pet of the Month: Meet Tito
Say hello to Tito, a fabulous 3-year-old Yorkipoo who is officially stealing hearts at The Gossamer! First things first: he was named after the famous taco stand in LA, not the vodka. 🌮
When he isn't busy being a connoisseur of YouTube Dog TV, you can usually find him perched on the back of the couch, people-watching out the window, and monitoring the neighborhood. Tito is a true social butterfly who genuinely believes that every single human and dog he meets is his new best friend! 🐕❤️
If you see him trotting around the community, feel free to call out one of his many nicknames: Tito-tot, Tito-frito, Tito-bandito, or Tits. Give him a big wave next time he’s on couch duty! Congratulations, Tito!
