"The Gossamer is awesome. Carlos is amazing. Danielle and Michael are amazing. The building is very quiet with the concrete floors/walls. Can't beat the location and amenities here. The property is well kept and always clean and I always feel secure. Maintenance is on top of it. Highly recommend!"

The Art of "Wintering" at Lan Su
In Portland, we know that wellness isn't just about the gym—it's about finding calm in the rain. This January, take a morning to visit the Lan Su Chinese Garden. Walking through the Ming Dynasty-style gardens in the winter mist is incredibly grounding.
Our Wellness Challenge: Visit the Teahouse inside the garden. Sip on a warming cup of authentic Oolong or Pu-erh tea while watching the rain fall on the Zither Lake. It’s a natural meditative reset that helps clear the mind and set a peaceful tone for the year ahead.

Pet of the Month
Rubi & Miya
❤️ 🐾 January Fur Angels of the Month: Rubi & Miya
Meet the sisters who traded the Golden Gate for the City of Roses! Rubi, our sleek "all-black nugget," and Miya, her black-and-white sister, are two-year-old rescues who braved the long road trip from San Francisco to become the newest residents at The Gossamer. These brave adventurers have officially settled into their "security roles," spending their days bird-watching and people-watching from their favorite windows. When they aren't busy guarding the unit, you can find them napping, playing with their mountain of toys, or—their personal favorite—lobbying for a round of treats (followed by more treats!). We are so happy to finally give these two patient stars their well-deserved spotlight to kick off 2026!
