Hey friends! Welcome to December! As the year winds down, we are wrapping up in the warmth of the holiday season and focusing on the spirit of giving. We are truly grateful for the wonderful community you help us create! To spread that cheer, we are excited to kick off our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. Please drop off your non-perishable food items at the leasing office throughout the month to support local families. Thank you for your kindness!

Join us for our annual resident celebration! We're bringing the holiday cheer right to the lobby with catered food, drinks, and live music. Come mix, mingle, and get festive with your neighbors!

Cozy Nights + Sweet Neighbors! Our Paint & Sip night brought together the community for a beautiful evening of creativity. Great wine and an amazing charcuterie spread made this event a huge hit—this is what makes The Gossamer feel like home. 💛

This year, we invite you to donate your non-perishable food items to our beautiful, festive holiday display, located right inside the leasing office. All donations collected throughout December will be delivered to support local families in need. Thank you for helping us spread cheer and kindness this season!

Prepare for your heart to melt! This month, we introduce the adorable Lunchbox, the Maine Coon, who just celebrated her third birthday on November 11th! While she traveled a long way from Oklahoma to call The Gossamer home, this fabulous feline loves playing fetch, ambushing her sister, and claiming the absolute center of the bed. Her most endearing trait? She's a huge fan of the arts, often glued to the screen whenever Les Misérables is on! We adore this irresistible, fluffy resident and hope she brings a smile to your face, too!
