The building is beautifully maintained, with great amenities like the gym, sauna, and amazing roof top. There are also thoughtful resident events that make it feel like a real community. My unit is bright (so many windows), spacious, and has everything I need. On top of that, the residents here are so friendly and make living here even better. Back in 2020, this cozy cafe was born during a late-night hangout at grandma's house by three cousins who shared a passion for bubble tea. They wanted to shake things up by serving unique flavors and textures, rather than the usual super-sweet teas found everywhere else. The cafe is all about creating a laid-back space where tea enthusiasts can relax, mingle, and savor their favorite drinks. Besides serving up tasty beverages and Asian snacks, they're all about setting the vibe with music, hosting events, and fostering a tight-knit community spirit.

Pet of the Month
BarbY and Luna
Meet our out-of-this-world Gossamer Pets of the Month: BarbY and Luna! These fraternal twin sisters are Xoloitzcuintlis—yes, the ancient Aztec breed known for their mystical vibes and healing energy (you may recognize them from Coco or Día de los Muertos). BarbY rocks the hairless look while Luna keeps it cozy with a coat, but both are equally sweet, social, and bilingual! They love saying hi in the elevator, cuddling up in a hammock, and snacking on carrots and blueberries. Catch them running around the Pearl at night, living their best (and most adorable) lives!
